The JYM5.0 three-stage metering pump is a new type of metering pump developed by our factory. Based on the technical advantages of the J series metering pumps, this pump features a compact structure, high reliability, and strong adaptability. It can measure and convey various media such as corrosive, abrasive, flammable, explosive, and slurry substances. It is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, metallurgy, environmental protection, and food.

I. Product Features

There are two main types: piston type and diaphragm type. The maximum discharge pressure of the piston pump can reach 50 Mpa. The diaphragm pump can be equipped with a diaphragm rupture monitoring and alarm device to ensure no leakage of the transported medium. The flow rate of the LJ type pump is: 8 - 4000 L/h, the discharge pressure is ≤ 50 Mpa, the temperature of the transported medium: -60℃ - 400℃, and the viscosity: ≤ 6000 mm2/s.

The flow rate can be accurately adjusted. The pump can adjust the flow rate continuously within the range of 0 to 100% of the stroke. The measurement accuracy is no less than ±1% under the rated conditions and at the maximum relative stroke.

The motor is installed vertically, with a compact structure and a small floor area.

The liquid end is arranged in a double-head facing arrangement, which has a remarkable energy-saving effect and results in less pressure pulsation. With the area occupied by the pump remaining basically unchanged and the motor power increasing slightly, the double-head pump can achieve a doubling of the pump flow rate, thus meeting the needs of users for renovation and reducing the equipment procurement cost. The two pump heads can convey different media, and a single pump can fulfill the functions of two pumps, thereby meeting the synchronous volume adjustment requirements in chemical batching and agent addition processes.

When the discharge pressure is lower than 1.2 Mpa and the conveying temperature is lower than 40℃, the LJ type pump can be equipped with an enhanced plastic pump head with either mechanical diaphragm or hydraulic diaphragm. This configuration ensures both corrosion resistance and no leakage of the conveyed medium, while also achieving the economic applicability of the pump.

According to the user's requirements, the LJ type pump can be modified into high-temperature type, high-viscosity type, suspension type and liquefied gas type metering pumps with special functional requirements. Our factory is equipped with various specifications and materials of safety valves, buffers (air chambers), back-pressure valves, Y-shaped filters, mixers, flow correctioners and other accessories for users to choose and use.

II. Order Placement Guidelines

In addition to the regular standard products, a "measuring pump data sheet" should generally be filled out as an attachment to the contract or specified in the contract with special requirements, in order to ensure that the selected model meets the user's usage requirements.

2. Supply scope of the metering pump: pump, motor, coupling, spare parts, special tools, technical documents.

3. If there is a need for imported or exported matching flanges, anchor bolts, pipeline accessories, safety valves, buffers, back-pressure valves, Y-shaped filters, mixers, flow correctors, etc., it must be specified in the contract. The prices for these items will be calculated separately.

4. When using different flow rates of the two pump heads, the pump speed must be the same.
